The following is an example of the types of information that you should include in a recruitment message.

  (What is the issue/problem?)
• Solution:
  (How does this position help solve it?)
• Fears/Questions:
  (How will the volunteer be capable of helping with it?)
• Benefits:
  (What’s in it for the volunteer?)
• Contact Person:
  (How does the person get involved?)
